How long does my order take?
Every item is printed when you order it. Most orders are made in 2–5 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $75. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout.
What sizes do you carry?
Each product page has a size chart. Our tees run true to size; size up for a relaxed fit. Our hoodies use European sizing, which runs about one size small, so order one size up from your usual US size.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each item is made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size chart first. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only for now.
How do I care for my gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron the print.
Is the app free?
The Built Daily app will have a free version, with a $3.99/month membership for programs and campaigns.
