Refund policy
Every Built Daily Gear item is printed on demand, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us at builtdaily.app@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.
Lost packages Email us if either of these happens and we'll help sort it out with the carrier:
- Your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days.
- The package is marked delivered but you can't find it.
Cancellations Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best.
Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
