King Baldwin: Be Strong and Courageous Tee
Baldwin IV was crowned King of Jerusalem in 1174, at 13 years old. He was already sick. As a boy, his tutor noticed he felt no pain when his playmates scratched his arm: it was leprosy, and it would slowly take his hands, his feet and his sight.
He led anyway. At 16 he rode out at Montgisard with a small force and beat Saladin's far larger army. He kept ruling and kept riding to war until he could no longer stand, and died in 1185 at 23.
"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." (Joshua 1:9, KJV)
For the man who shows up and leads, even when he's hurting.
