Spartan: Molon Labe Tee
$30.00
Thermopylae, 480 BC. The Persian king Xerxes marched into Greece with one of the largest armies the ancient world had ever seen. Holding a narrow pass in front of him were King Leonidas, his 300 Spartans and a few thousand Greek allies.
Xerxes sent word: lay down your weapons. Leonidas sent back two words.
ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ. Molon labe. "Come and take them."
They held the pass for three days.
For the man who doesn't give up what matters without a fight: his family, his faith, his word.
